The Ming Style Club Chair is a perfect example of refined rattan woodwork with its unique bentwood design. Its curved back with high armrests offers optimal support and comfort. A woven wicker seat platform is supported by elegant yet sturdy legs that are reinforced at the base. The open back and airy feel of this chair is evocative of the fine and delicate furnishings of the Ming Dynasty era. You can customize this rattan club chair with a variety of wood finishes and a selection of fabrics for the soft cushion. This attractive and practical chair would make a nice addition to a sun room filled with potted plants and a soft floor covering. It would also play nicely on a covered porch for lazy summer afternoons with a good book and a cool beverage. While the Ming Style Club Chair is sophisticated, it is also whimsical in design, making it versatile for many settings.

The Natural Finish is “Natural & Green” in the raw state; No Top Coat, No Stain and No Finish. Factory uses only Grade “A” White Wicker for the Natural Product Line. Grade A is earned because of the lack of blemishes in the wicker or rattan, hand picking only color consistent pieces of wicker and rattan for these raw pieces. A Non Toxic Sealer Coat is applied at the factory so the paint or stain does not soak through to the core of the wicker and rattan.
A Protective Finish (Acrylic Coating) a clear coat which will not be noticed by the UN-trained eye can be applied to the furniture piece to offer additional protection for the raw materials if your intentions are not to paint, stain or varnish the piece later.
Handmade Items Colors may vary to some degree, as items are handmade, and hand painted.
The color and the variations of color of the Natural finish varies depending on the season the rattan was harvested.
