Steeped in history, the Chesapeake Bay area was home to classic plantation settings that included wicker furnishings on verandas and in garden areas. Recreated for today’s outdoor spaces, the traditional Chesapeake loveseat is part of a larger collection, but can also be placed as a single seating choice in smaller patio or balcony areas. Creating a serpentine silhouette with rounded arms featuring a close weave, skirting and side panels are classic with their crossed-X stick spindling and wrapped leg supports complete with ball feet. Crafted in polyurethane, or resin, fibers, there is never a need to worry about damage from weather. Aluminum framing compounds the strength of central leg supports while providing lightweight heft that makes moving easy.
