The square box design with a surround of woven rattan and sturdy framed structuring features a beautiful intricate oversized detailed braided trim around the bottom and top of the box. A lift-out metal liner contains soil while protecting from leakage. The large wicker planter can also become an attractive firewood holder near the hearth that is easy to clean. As a complement to other wicker pieces, it is a classic accent piece for living rooms, sun rooms or airy cottage environments. Simple in design, it can easily complement a variety of wood and other furniture styles. The wicker planter box is available in ten colors, the finish selections include an optional sealant that provides limited protection for use on well covered porches.

This item is not recommended for use outdoors in the direct elements without any shelter.
For porch use we do offer an Acrylic, Non-Toxic and Water Based Varnish Application that will provide some protection against the elements. We suggest that this application should be Re-Applied Every 1-1/2 to 2 years if using on a porch.

The Natural Finish is “Natural & Green” in the raw state; No Top Coat, No Stain and No Finish. Factory uses only Grade “A” White Wicker for the Natural Product Line. Grade A is earned because of the lack of blemishes in the wicker or rattan, hand picking only color consistent pieces of wicker and rattan for these raw pieces. A Non Toxic Sealer Coat is applied at the factory so the paint or stain does not soak through to the core of the wicker and rattan.
A Protective Finish (Acrylic Coating) a clear coat which will not be noticed by the UN-trained eye can be applied to the furniture piece to offer additional protection for the raw materials if your intentions are not to paint, stain or varnish the piece later.
